The installation of a DOX Document Image Management System, a product developed using the Plexus 4GL toolkit, provided workers with rapid access to document images, and provided management with workflow tracking tools.
After a year in production, an additional application with additional features was developed for check processing. As volume further increased, Image Architects provided technical support for the installation of a larger capacity server and integrated a Kodak high-speed scanner into the original application.
Image Architects is currently providing services to add more functionality and additional client seats.
