Project Manager

Description:

As a Project Manager for our Workflow and Document Management Division, the  employee will travel approximately 30%. He or she needs to handle multiple  projects at one time. A strong technical background is required. Project management in a consulting environment is preferred. Project Managers must have the ability to meet/exceed deadlines, within a budget.

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Project 98 skills
  • Excel skills preferred but not required
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $2 million or more
  • Experience managing client server projects
  • Experience managing project with a high number of parallel tasks
  • Appreciation for hard delivery dates
  • Understanding scope creep and change control
  • Concern for quality
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Self motivated

Senior Systems Analyst

Description:

Assume responsibility for specific customer accounts and/or project  deliverables. Develop new networking business.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years:
    • Project management with employee supervision
    • LAN installation and support
    • Windows NT Workstation installation and admin
    • Internet web server technology
    • Server backup and recovery
  • Preferred (Any or All):
    • Unix platform (Solaris, AIX) support and administration
    • Oracle
    • IBM DB2
  • Good "hands-on" technical skills
  • Ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Ability to work independently and make good decisions
  • Ability to maintain good customer relationships
  • Ability to learn quickly

Visual Basic/C++ Programmer

Description:

This position will provide support for the design, development and implementation of business solutions using IBM's suite of products. Primary  responsibilities include:

  • Design, development and implementation of custom imaging applications
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Internet/Intranet integration
  • Problem analysis and resolution (working with customers)
  • Development of utility or one-time applications

Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent customer communication skills and be a good analyst. A proven ability to design solutions, do requirements, and document  them is a plus. One must also be willing to travel nationally (up to 20%), and desire to work in a dynamic teamwork and customer-focused environment. Other necessary skills include:

  • Minimum of 3 years of C++ and/or Visual Basic development experience (full project life cycle) or similar experience
  • Strong working knowledge of the Windows NT/9x platforms
  • Some level of experience with a structured development methodology
  • Solid understanding of client/server concepts and programming techniques
  • Any level of JAVA or internet development experience
  • Four year degree preferred
